FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
DUBLIN, OH—January 14, 2013—Athens County Children Services and Northwoods, a software company specializing in serving human services agencies, announced a new partnership to implement document management software to help the agency boost security and efficiency.
The project will enable Athens County Children Services to scan and electronically save client case files rather than storing paper copies using Northwoods’ Compass® software. The software allows the agency to enhance security and confidentiality for clients, reduce storage space and serve families faster.
“Our agency is excited to use new technology to improve services,” said Catherine Hill, executive director, Athens County Children Services. “This software will help reduce paperwork, improve safety and efficiency, increase worker access to vital information, and ultimately allow workers more time with children and families.”
Northwoods already partners with children services agencies across Ohio and around the country.
